Time: 6:00pm – 10:00pm (starting times)

Cost: $70/player (includes numbered shirt for new players, field rental, referee fees for guaranteed number of games and drink specials)

Registration OPENS – Monday, October 22, 2012
Registration CLOSES – Thursday, November 8, 2012
COMPLETE Roster due (no later than) – Saturday, November 10, 2012
Payment in FULL due (no later than) – Monday, November 12, 2012 – No exceptions!
